Sales/Business Development Manager

Our services are mission critical to thousands of companies and Passport Online (PPO) serves millions of B2B and B2C users each month.Responsibilities:· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.· Own all aspects of the sale: lead generation, prospecting, building pipelines, generating new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, closing business, introducing internal teams for account launch and marketing and account management.· Work closely with Passport’s marketing and product teams to create and refine sales materials.· Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.· Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and technology while demonstrating an understanding of SaaS and the travel industry.· Generate and maintain opportunity, activity, and account information in Salesforce and provide up-to-date and accurate sales funnel reporting to internal stakeholders.· Meet sales quotas.· Attend and network at industry events across the United States and internationally.Preferred skills and qualifications:· 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the travel industry· Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience· Personable and comfortable speaking with individuals and teams. One who builds long-standing client relationships.· Creative and a good listener to come up with win/win solutions for clients· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines as a remote employee· General understanding of technology and can convey technical information to demonstrate benefits of using those technologies by clients.· Ability to quickly absorb and utilize new concepts· Ability to represent Passport Online professionally in a variety of settings· Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and use of CRM tools· Ability to conduct web and in-person demos of Passport’s technology· Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S. and internationally· Have a reliable high-speed Internet connection· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.Please submit a resume and cover letter to Resumes@PassportOnlineInc.comPreferable Software and Program Experience:· SalesForce· Office 365 Suite· Previous Travel Industry ExperienceThis is a permanent work from home position.
