This role focuses on the operational support and administration of a large-scale Kafka infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the stability of production and non-production environments, including handling incident management, change requests, and system builds.Responsibilities:Perform operational activities which includes administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, change requests and buildsProvide Problem, Incident, Change and Request management support for the application using these platformsTriage, service restoral, facilitation and coordination of root cause identification and permanent fix resolutionResponsible to handle the Kafka infrastructure and break fix the issues occurred in Production and Non-ProductionResponsible to handle Changes in the Kafka InfrastructureBuild new Kafka servers and configure Kafka patching and fix packsWork on Kafka monitoring toolsTLS upgrades and installation in prod and non-prod infrastructureRequirements:Ability to analyze the root cause and follow the ways to providing the permanent fixFamiliar in handling client calls and customer issuesKnowledge on complex clustered EnvironmentGood hands on Production environment to handle issuesExperience resolving critical issues on the flyAbility to support application teams around messaging functionalitiesExcellent communication skills both written & spoken.
