Job Summary
Our Strategic Partnerships is looking to expand our team and seeking a Project Manager - Strategic Partnerships to lead and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines. This highly visible role will aid and oversee the on-boarding and optimization of our embedded franchise partnership teams.
The role focuses on end-to-end project management, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. It serves as a key liaison across business units, IT, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project progress against timelines and milestones, and providing regular updates to senior leadership. The role also manages change processes, ensuring updates are clearly documented and communicated across stakeholders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning - defining project scope, timeline, resources, and risks-serving as the foundation for successful project execution
Business Unit Liaison , with external facing clients
Risk Management Identification and Mitigation
Project progression through five phases-initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure-ensuring organized workflows and clear objectives
Status reporting to executive and c-suite
Change management
Document Meeting Minutes, and Project Artifacts
Decision matrix documentation
