Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Collegiate Sports Women's Soccer Assistant Coach (Full-Time)Nicholls State University is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our program as a full-time Women's Soccer Assistant Coach. This position plays a key role in the daily operations and long-term success of a competitive NCAA Division I program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the planning and execution of all training sessions and competitive matches On-field coaching, player development, and positional training Identifying, evaluating, and recruiting prospective student-athletes in alignment with program and university standards Supporting academic success and personal development of student-athletes Managing administrative duties including travel coordination, video analysis, scouting reports, and compliance-related tasks Contributing to a positive team culture and representing the program with professionalism Qualifications: Previous coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate, club, or professional level Strong knowledge of the game and player development strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required Commitment to NCAA rules compliance and the holistic development of student-athletes This is a full-time, year-round position requiring a high level of dedication, energy, and passion for the game.
