WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Advisor Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top-tier financial advisors who align with our culture, service model, and long-term growth priorities. This individual will play a critical role in building our advisor bench strength by sourcing experienced talent, managing full-cycle recruiting processes, and partnering closely with business leaders across the firm. Candidates must demonstrate the highest professional and ethical standards, exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a keen understanding of the wealth management and financial advisory landscape.ResponsibilitiesSupport advisor hiring efforts by proactively sourcing and engaging prospective financial advisor candidates, and assisting with screening, interviewing, and pipeline managementDevelop targeted sourcing strategies to attract experienced financial advisors Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholdersEvaluate advisor candidates for business and cultural value addManage advisor pipeline and maintain accurate trackingConduct market mapping and competitive intelligence researchRepresent CAPTRUST at recruiting and networking eventsCoordinate interview processes and ensure a high‑quality candidate experienceCollaborate with onboarding teams for smooth transitionsMay perform other duties as assigned; may require limited travelOn‑site role with possible hybrid flexibilityQualifications3–5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on financial advisorsDesired Qualifications/SkillsDemonstrated success recruiting licensed financial advisorsUnderstanding of RIA, broker‑dealer, or wealth advisory environmentsStrong relationship and trust-building skillsExcellent communication, organization, and project management abilitiesHigh level of discretion and confidentialityWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
