Position: Clinical Support Personnel. 2 Positions available. Salary: $44.46 per hour Learn more about our instructional calendar by clicking HERE Clinical Support Personnel are expected to function in the role of a family support counselor with the ability to: Work with a diverse population of students and families.Provide students and families with a safe space to support their identified goals.Utilize the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Model and provide resources to meet student and family needs.Utilize online documents and programs.Work collaboratively as a member of a co-therapy team.Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. The position is an hourly position which provides co-facilitated Solution Focused Brief Therapy to families within W-FL BOCES component school districts. Training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy will be provided. Due to the nature of this position, after school and early evening hours are required.
