Material Handler

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. *Duties* * Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment * Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods * Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and load & unload trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols * Manage inventory levels by organizing materials in designated warehouse areas and conducting regular stock counts * Assist with shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods * Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members * Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage spaces and documenting all movements of materials *Requirements* * Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling roles * Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, clamp truck, crane, heavy lifting gear, and other material handling tools * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and safety protocols (OSHA compliance) * Manual handling skills with the physical ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly throughout the shift * Familiarity with RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory updates * Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately * Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is advantageous but not mandatory * Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse logistics!
