Program Director

CBTS is looking for a Program Director to lead a team for the AWS/DevOps services for our end client. This role manages customer implementations, overseeing the process from the contract phase through program delivery, billing for projects and manage programs of significant complexity and scope.ResponsibilitiesUtilize Project Management tools (project schedules, gap analysis, risk analysis, etc.), maintain customer and project team collaboration, manage customer expectations and status meetings, and identify project risks.Define program vision, roadmap, scope, and outcome-driven delivery strategies across multiple projects or portfolios.Contribute to and/or lead CBTS PMO initiatives to increase productivity, recognize hard and soft cost savings, and deliver increased customer satisfaction.Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, margin performance, and cost optimization.Align cross-functional teams—engineering, product, architecture, design, QA, and operations—to ensure coordinated execution.Drive stakeholder engagement, client communication, escalation management, and decision-making across senior leadership.Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; implement mitigation and recovery plans.Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, compliance standards, audit requirements, and quality frameworks.Mentor project managers, build delivery capability, support workforce planning, and enhance overall program health.Oversee change management, release planning, resource alignment, and transition to steady operations where applicable.CBTS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a protected veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication.
