With its revolutionary approach, Musely brings the science of youth directly to consumers' homes—quickly, affordably, and entirely online.In this cross‐functional role reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll work closely with the marketing, product and technical teams, as well as our vendors and agency, to drive user acquisition, retention, and long‐term growth. You'll be expected to think beyond the walls of the company—bringing fresh ideas, experimentation, and a sharp understanding of what drives growth. From building the infrastructure that powers our growth engine to collaborating across the org, you'll play a key role in shaping how we scale and serve millions more.Success in this role means consistently improving efficiency across key growth channels—driving measurable increases in new customer acquisition and retention while maintaining cost efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok platformsMonitor performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI and drive efficient growthResearch market trends, competitors, and ad tactics to improve creative effectiveness and landing page conversionPlan and execute A/B tests; analyze results and apply insights to future campaignsManage ad budgets and ensure spending efficiency across platformsCollaborate with internal design and engineering teams, as well as external agencies, to optimize conversion funnelsContribute to user acquisition strategy and execution across additional advertising platformsMust‐Have Qualifications2‐4 years of hands‐on experience running Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns, with strong knowledge of platform operations and optimization techniquesAbility to independently manage and optimize large paid media accounts and budgetsStrong data analysis skills and ability to turn that data into insights that drive actionFamiliarity with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualization toolsProven success in optimizing high‐budget digital advertising campaignsStrong cross‐functional collaboration skills—especially across brand, product, and techBonus Points ForExperience promoting DTC (Direct‐to‐Consumer) brandsExperience with TikTok or other digital advertising channelsFlexibility to collaborate with overseas agencies as neededPassion for technology and skincare$80,000 - $130,000 USD annually , plus significantly valued equity options and benefits. The salary range is a guideline and compensation varies based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
