Quarterly Incentive Opportunities Health, Vision & Dental Insurance on DAY ONE Company credit card, cellphone, laptop (as needed) Paid Time Off & Accrued Personal Time Tuition Reimbursement Long-term & Short-term disability Generous Holiday Schedule Hybrid office schedule (select positions) Immense Growth Opportunities Relaxed Family Culture Teladoc, SurgeryPlus, & other medical benefits What You'll Do as a Solutions Designer Apply theories & principles of system design & engineering to develop solutions for customers at the point of sale & installation of new fire alarm systems Provide consultation, system design/solution, estimating and scope of work during the sales process primarily for assigned account teams Provide system design & technical support at the point of system installation for assigned account teams & other employees Work with the respective Director of Technology in developing an effective sales demonstration presentation & sales demonstration room to present our systems & technology solutions Identify new technologies, assess change manufacturers, identify software development strategies & review and improve customer lifecycle services Attend various national trade & manufacturer conferences as directed by supervisor to maintain knowledge of technology What You Need as a Solutions Designer Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) is recommended. Professional experience designing technology solutions. Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems. NICET certification preferred. Valid Driver's License. We're an equal opportunity employer.
