Manufacturing Manager

This role is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, executing production plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while maintaining a strong hands-on presence on the shop floor to drive performance, uphold compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
