This team is committed to the highest levels of service and support for our families, communities and across the center for our staff. We are currently hiring for a Center Experience Supervisor. As Our Center Experience Supervisor You WillProvide the highest level of customer service to our families with a “Yes” mentalityConfidently and professionally answer phone calls and reply to emails; complete phone consultations and follow-up in timely mannerProactively identify and implement new processes and/or tools to improve center operations and family experienceProblem solve and jump in to support our staff as neededSupport planning, communication and implementation of family or internal eventsHelp train and supervise Center Experience AssociatesTrack inventory spending and levels; order supplies when neededEnsures compliance through audits of child filesManages the emergency preparedness of the center and coordinates drillsSolves and follows through on facility issues in a timely mannerMaintain documentation such as updated child records, incident logs and licensing rosters, etc.Execute center marketing in partnership with our marketing teamProactively identify ways to improve our processes to be more efficientExperience, Knowledge, And Abilities18+ years old and HS DiplomaAt least 2-3 years of experience in an office/admin setting at a supervisor level ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, boutique fitness, or other customer-facing roleExperience working in a child care center (Preferred)First Aid/CPR CertifiedStrong attention to detailHighly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentProficient in G Suite, MS Office, MacOS, Microsoft Windows, SlackPassion and interest in working with children and familiesRoles & RequirementsCenter Experience team members must be at least 18+ years of age and have experience in a customer service role. While previous experience working in a child care setting is preferred, a passion for working with children and families is a must. No matter what role you find yourself in on the team you can expect to support families from the moment they interact with the center (via phone, email or in-person) to inquire about care through to booking tours, supporting enrollment and ensuring a smooth check-in and out process.
