Role Description This is a part -time remote role for a Criminal Justice Technical Services Consultant. The primary focus will be a criminal justice, grant writing and policy development to achieve state and national accreditation standards. The individual in this role will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and deliver consulting services to optimize client systems and processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on and managing client projects, leveraging analytical skills to identify and address areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve client challenges effectivelyStrong Analytical Skills for diagnosing challenges and identifying strategies for operational improvementsExperience in Consulting, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet business needsProject Management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor project milestonesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team membersAbility to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and client expectationsFamiliarity with industry-standard tools and technologies relevant to technical consultingBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
