And performance is recognized.The RoleAs a Senior Field Service Technician, you'll operate independently in a company-provided service van, delivering advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment across customer sites. You'll also serve as a technical leader — mentoring junior technicians, setting quality standards, and helping drive operational excellence in the field. This is not an entry-level role.
