We are currently seeking a full-time (M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM) Inventory Clerk in the Hospital Partnership Department at our Tracy, CA office. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the insurance inventory by completing all related transactions accurately and within allowable time frames. Must communicate effectively to all concerned parties regarding inventory issues and provide support to the field as necessary.This is not a warehouse position.Job ResponsibilitiesOpening and closing OrthoChoice and OrthoAlliance accountsIssuing Delivery and Purchase orders through the MedERP systemResearch requests for increases, decreases and product restocksConfirm all transactions to requesting partyGenerate Inventory and Cash Pay listsIssue RA's as requested for consigned inventory (includes account decreases, miss-shipments, defective items, closed accounts, etc.)Contact vendors to obtain new item information and/or resolve issuesSubmit new items/accounts to be added to MedERP as requiredAdvise on "in transit" items as directedMake recommendations to reduce inventory and prepare resulting RA'sOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong Data Entry SkillsMust be Detail OrientedMust possess strong verbal, written communication/customer service skillsCompensationHourly Rate Pay Range: $17.00-$19.50Annual Range: $33,280.00-$40,560.00Overtime Rate Pay Range: $25.50 to $29.25Bonus Opportunity: Return Authorization Bonus: $0 to $750.00 per monthProfit Bonus: $0 to $500.00 per month (increases hourly rate up to $1.20 per hour or up $5k per year)Total Compensation Opportunity Examples:Annual Base Pay: $41,700.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Low-range Production and Profit Bonus after 3 months)Annual Mid-Range Pay: $48,800.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Mid-range Production and Profit Bonus)Annual Top Pay: $56,600.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Max Production and Profit bonus)BenefitsAll full-time positions offer the following: medical, dental, vision, ER paid life for employee, voluntary benefits, medical FSA, dependent FSA, HSA, 401k (if 21 years or older), and financial wellness planning.Additional benefits include 3-4 weeks of paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, vacation accrual up to a maximum of 40 hours in the first 23 months (or 80 hours after 24 months with rollover), and sick leave up to 80 hours annually with a maximum usage of 48 hours and rollover balance.Candidates that apply must be hard working, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
