In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!ABOUT THE ROLEThe Video Production Manager keeps our productions moving. From early planning to final delivery, this role ensures every detail is organized, timelines stay on track, and nothing slips through the cracks.You’ll be the connective tissue across teams—owning calendars, coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and driving follow-through. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs before they come up, and takes pride in clean execution, you’ll do well here.WHAT YOU’LL OWNScheduling & LogisticsOwn scheduling across shoots, meetings, studio time, and talent call timesCoordinate calendars across internal teams, talent, and external partnersManage travel logistics, location confirmations, and day-of production timingProduction DocumentationCreate and distribute key production docs, including:Run of Show (ROS)Call SheetsRelease Forms / Talent AgreementsKeep production folders, assets, and records clean, organized, and up to dateVendor & Contractor Coordination Source and coordinate vendors, freelancers, locations, props, and rentalsReview agreements to ensure details (scope, timing, deliverables) are accurateTrack vendor payments and confirm services are completed as expectedMeetings & CommunicationPrep agendas and capture clear, actionable notesEnsure follow-ups are assigned, tracked, and completedKeep stakeholders updated and flag risks or blockers earlyProject Coordination & Follow-ThroughPartner with Directors and Content Leads to move projects through the full production lifecycle (ideation → post)Own timelines, task lists, and accountability across multiple projectsDrive consistency in communication, tracking, and executionWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR2–5+ years of experience in video production coordination or project managementStrong organizational skills—you can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ballProven ability to own timelines, keep projects on track, and follow through to completionClear, concise communicator—written and verbalComfortable working across teams and with external partners (talent, vendors, freelancers)Detail-oriented—you catch the small things before they become big problemsProactive and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told what to do nextExperience creating and managing production documents (call sheets, run of show, etc.)Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.) and Google WorkspaceComfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
