Project Manager-Workforce

The preferred candidate will exhibit:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and public speaking skills.Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time and tasks.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects across a complex internal and external business matrix.Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.Ability to solve complex problems, participate in continuous improvement, and adapt to the ideas of others.Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders, speak and write authoritatively and compellingly, resolve communication problems, and negotiate and manage competing interests.Ability to work well with constituents regardless of position and authority, contribute to governing boards and committees, and adhere to clear lines of responsibility and accountability.Knowledge of or familiarity with behavioral health learning and adult learningAbility to speak a second language other than English.
