All hair is welcome.The job:As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you lead and scale the business through others across a multi-market region. You own regional performance, strategy, and talentensuring consistent, high-impact execution across all territories.You develop Account Executives and Sales Coordinators, building leadership capability and driving results through your team. You translate brand strategy into clear direction, prioritize resources, and make decisions that maximize regional impact.
