OVERVIEW: Glenmede is seeking a motivated and client-service-oriented Fiduciary Associate to join our Fiduciary Practices Team. The Fiduciary Associate serves as a data integrity monitor across the trust administration life cycle. This role offers growth potential, with opportunities to develop domain expertise in fiduciary administration and advance within a collaborative and high-performing organization.This position acts as a central point of contact and ambassador for the Fiduciary Practices Team among the broader organization. This is a visible role within Glenmede which requires attention to detail, a client service mindset and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. RESPONSIBILITIES: New Business ActivityEnsure fiduciary new business submissions are complete and conform to Glenmede’s pre-acceptance policies. Coordinate with Client Onboarding Specialists to efficiently onboard new trust relationships. Partner with Business Development and Relationship Management colleagues to facilitate smooth additions and onboarding of trust relationships. Confirm completeness and consistency of fiduciary data after onboarding Oversight and ReportingPartner with beneficiary and co-trustee facing colleagues to support collection of data required for sound trust administration. Validate data related to trust administration to ensure adherence to Glenmede’s policies and procedures. Ensure organization of required documentation to support trust administration. Maintain procedures to support compliance.  Develop and maintain efficient reporting processes and controls. Recommend and implement enhancements to improve data quality and accuracy. Special Projects Track and support meeting project timelines, milestones and deliverables for fiduciary special projects.  Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows. Support implementation of best practices in fiduciary practices group. Perform other duties as required by the position and assist with special projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative support. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with data management, documentation, and reporting in a financial services or similarly regulated environment. Strong aptitude for tracking workflows, validating completeness and accuracy, and maintaining evidence to support audit and oversight requirements. Strong research and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex topics effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, intermediaries and colleagues across the organization. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
