RequiredWhat we need : Python Lead , Complaint handling domainWe are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.Lead and Design:Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.Development:Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend.Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2).Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards
