Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer / Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.Experience:Legal Drafting: 5 years (Preferred)Legal Research: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Bar (Required)Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord/tenant law preferredFamiliarity with California civil procedureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReal estate brokers license a plusWe are located in North Hollywood.
