The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, engaging with new and existing clients to identify their needs, and offering customized insurance and financial products. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales strategies, participating in training programs, and ensuring high-quality customer service through every interaction. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales goals and meet performance targets is a key aspect of this role.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and addressing their needsProficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve performance goalsAbility to participate in and facilitate Training and development programs to enhance team and individual skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutionsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is highly beneficialState insurance licenses, or the willingness to obtain them, is required
