This individual is responsible for the design, security, and operational reliability of the organization’s core IT infrastructure. This role serves as a senior technical resource, leading infrastructure projects, and supporting critical systems.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and support on‑premise and cloud-based infrastructureAdminister Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and AzureMaintain HPE Nimble and NAS storage platformsManage Citrix and IGEL environments for remote access and virtualizationLead system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle managementServe as escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems issuesSupport cybersecurity controls, access management, and audit readinessParticipate in disaster recovery and business continuity planningLead and execute IT infrastructure projects and vendor coordinationCreate and maintain technical documentation and proceduresCollaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to support operational needsRequired:4+ years of experience in Systems Administration or infrastructure engineeringStrong expertise with Microsoft server and endpoint environmentsExperience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Nutanix)Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills a mustExperience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environmentsWorking knowledge of networking principlesStrong communication and documentation skillsPreferred:Proficiency with CitrixAny Microsoft Azure administration experiencePowerShell or automation experienceCybersecurity or infrastructure certifications (Microsoft, VMware, security-related)Experience with disaster recovery planning and incident response
