Work with multiple collection platforms to post payments and process correspondence. Handling high volume mail intake daily to ensure all is processed in a timely and compliant fashion. Maintain efficiency in repetitive tasks on daily basis. Continuous updating of processing department 'Statement of Processes' to ensure we are maintaining an error free environment. Changing processes requires the need to be able to adapt and work independently. Excellent attendance is vital to this position.Target Hire Date: April 13, 2026 (or sooner depending on background clearance)Required work schedule is: ONSITE Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Paid Training is: ONSITE Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pmONSITE INTERVIEW WITH MANAGEMENT required. 7450 Tilghman StreetSuite 100Allentown, PA 18106Job Responsibilities:Attendance is key to this position.Look up payments and correspondence to identify account numbers for processingBatch and post payments to multiple collection systemsBalance payment batchesCreate, validate & log bank depositsScan payment deposits into remote deposit scannerHandle payment reversalsEnsure that all required departmental logs are updated dailyPayment and Correspondence investigationResponsible in completing all postings by end of dayValidate client and internal reportsImplement new client specific procedures and update the SOPFollow internal and external escalation proceduresScanning, printing and mailing of correspondencePresent process improvement ideas to managementComplete daily production sheets and other paperwork as requiredFlexible schedule when required and for escalated issuesOther duties as assignedPick up courier delivered mail dailyPick up street mail dailyPick up various FedEx & UPS mail dailyQualifications:Mailroom / Payment Processing experience required.Banking experience a plus.Must be able to adapt to changes in processes and rules. Software capable: Excel, MS Office10 key calculator Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to learn quickly and retain knowledgeBasic computer skillsSolid work historyEducation Requirements: High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.Physical Requirements:Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
