You will partner closely with customers, coding and compliance experts, operations teams, implementation leaders, product, and engineering to translate complex real-world healthcare workflows into scalable, intelligent product capabilities.We are looking for someone who understands both the operational realities of healthcare revenue cycle management and the art of building scalable products. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view on productization, workflow design, and how AI can drive efficiency, quality, and customer value at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Market InsightsDevelop a deep understanding of HIM, coding, and revenue cycle workflowsTranslate customer and operational challenges into scalable product solutionsUnderstand and incorporate: Clinical documentation workflows; DRG/CPT/ICD coding logic; Denial patterns and payer behavior; Coding compliance and operational realitiesProductization & ScalabilityIdentify reusable patterns across customer implementationsHelp reduce implementation-specific customizationBalance customer needs with scalable product designEnabling an AI-first cultureContribute to building strong product thinking and product culture across the organizationCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with customers, compliance, implementation teams, customer operations, and product teamsAct as a key liaison between US market needs and Israel-based R&D teamsSupport prioritization and decision-making around workflow standardization and scalabilityRequirements:Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management Experience with Mid Revenue Cycle, Coding, CDI, HIM, or Revenue Integrity workflowsStrong understanding of provider operations and coding/compliance environmentsExperience working with enterprise healthcare customers
