Bilingual Sales Representative (Restaurant Industry) — Abilene, TXPremier Grease Recycling is expanding, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our team in the Abilene area.This role is ideal for someone who has experience calling on restaurants, understands how to build trust with owners and managers, and knows how to create long‑term relationships — not just transactions.What You’ll Do:* Develop and grow a territory of restaurant accounts* Build strong relationships with decision makers (owners, GMs, franchisees)* Conduct in‑person visits to introduce Premier’s services* Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close new business* Maintain consistent follow‑up and territory organizationWhat We’re Looking For:* Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required* Proven sales experience, ideally in the restaurant or foodservice industry* Comfortable with in‑person outreach and territory management* Strong communication skills and a relationship‑first mindset* Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable* Based in or near Abilene, TXWhy Premier:We support over 2,500+ restaurant locations across Texas and Oklahoma with reliable used cooking oil collection.
