Production Operator I

This role involves operating machinery to support the production process, assisting higher-level operators with packing and end-of-line tasks, and performing related duties.Working a 40-hour week with occasional overtime, no travel is required.Key responsibilities include operating machinery, reviewing work orders, communicating material needs, monitoring equipment, performing safety inspections, sorting and bundling materials, recording quality data, and supporting quality checks.The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, adheres to safety protocols, and has strong communication and organizational skills.Basic computer skills, measurement device proficiency, and the ability to learn new equipment are essential.Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, with manufacturing experience preferred.Shift is from 5 pm to 5:30 am, Monday through Thursday.
