You'll implement our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to enhance operational excellence, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working with site leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll facilitate Kaizen events, guide process improvement initiatives, and support a culture of continuous improvement that enables our employees to develop better processes. You'll help achieve significant results in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environmentPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business, Operations or related fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferredAdditional certifications in Project Management or Process Improvement methodologies beneficialDemonstrated expertise in lean methodologies including value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, and Kaizen facilitationStrong project management skills with proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional improvement projectsAdvanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving techniques and root cause analysisExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively at all organizational levelsExperience developing and delivering lean training programs and mentoring teamsDemonstrated success achieving measurable results through process improvementsStrong financial acumen and ability to validate project savings with FinanceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with PowerBI, Minitab or similar tools preferredAbility to work independently while collaborating across matrix organizationExcellent change management and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesExperience In CGMP/regulated Environment PreferredTravel up to 20% as needed
