Overview: Win Win Asian Kitchen is set to become the second location of Liang's Bistro Asian Cuisine. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the food industry, has a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fine dining environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Prepare and serve food and beverages as ordered - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise - Handle food orders and ensure that they are prepared according to the restaurant's standards - Operate the POS system to process orders and manage table assignments - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitization in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms - Assist with food preparation as needed - Help to maintain the restaurant's reputation by ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a fine/casual fine dining restaurant - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation - Familiarity with POS systems - Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean environment - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays - Friendly and welcoming demeanor - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities - High school diploma or equivalent required Skills: - Food preparation - Restaurant experience - Food industry knowledge - Excellent customer service skills - Food handling - Food service experience - POS system proficiency - Fine dining experience - Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean environment - Ability to help with food preparation - Experience in customer-facing roles - Restaurant environment familiarity Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $8.98 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Brandon, FL 33511 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Brandon, FL 33511: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
