You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance, typically 75 miles/120km. Travel Required: 0-5% Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.Job Description:Where you come inLead technical projects across cross-functional teams, including software, hardware and firmware, ensuring alignment with sustaining efforts and delivery schedules.Provide program-level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning & forecasting, and ad hoc short-term critical project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and manage tasks and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, change control processes, and deliverables. Ensure project strategy and execution comply with Dexcom procedures, regulatory standards, and industry requirements. Act as liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners. Define software roadmaps in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, UX and development teams. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through cross-functional engagement. What Makes You SuccessfulProven ability to manage multiple programs across diverse technologies and development stages. Strong prioritization, scheduling and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills – able to convey technical and business concepts clearly to senior leadership. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Scrum, and Agile development methodologies. Strong leadership and team-building skills that foster collaboration and accountability. Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and the ability to deliver results independently.
