AQUALIS provides all full-time employees with competitive annual pay raise potential, paid vacation time, eligibility to enroll in a company sponsored group healthcare plan, 401(k) matching, as well as real flexibility and growth potential.Where do YOU fit in?The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).Specific duties include:Assist leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosionIdentifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repairOperating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailerCompleting maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expensesCoordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is requiredConducting brief but regular safety trainingsPosition RequirementsBasic requirements:Background check and drug test are part of the pre-employment processAbility to acquire and maintain a DOT Health Card;Ability to maintain insurable status under the company's auto policyPossess an analytical approach to stormwater drainage managementProficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)The ASDM must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per weekAble to perform duties in all types of weather conditions in order to monitor effectiveness of SCMsLocationAlbany, GACategoryEnvironmental ServicesFull-Time/Part-TimeFull-TimeExempt/Non-ExemptNon-ExemptNumber of Openings1Base Compensation Min$18.00 / Hr.Base Compensation Max$21.00 / Hr.On Target EarningsEOE StatementAQUALIS Stormwater Management is strongly committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of harassment, discrimination and inequality.
