Job Description Help Desk TechnicianJob descriptionPathfinders is a member of the INC. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies and Philly's Fastest Growing Companies for 5 years and we are looking to expand.We are looking to add a new member to our IT team!Responsibilities:Configures/reconfigures widows workstations for deployment on both Domain and non-domain controlled networksConfigures Microsoft Windows Laptops for Wireless networkingWorks with Network Administrator to deploy IP Phones to remote locationsDeploys and manages Antivirus software and Anti-malware software on workstationsUses existing procedures to configure email on smartphones and tablet platformsConfigures remote desktop services for remote usersResponsible for printer deployment, maintenance, consumable ordering and requesting serviceOther duties as assigned by other members of the IT groupRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates in Information Technology or related field with 1-3 years experienceUnderstanding of IP (network) printers and print serversUnderstanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Specifically Outlook and setup of email clients in Outlook. Understanding of LAN (Routers, Switches, Cabling)Experience with hardware troubleshooting (Unjamming printers, Adding RAM to PCs, etc.)Familiarity with various web browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.Understanding of Windows Domains and the adding/removing of users and workstationsUnderstanding of recovery partitions and OEM imaging techniques for WorkstationsDetails:Full Time, M-F standard hours Pay: $40-55k, depending on experienceLocation: Wayne, PAPathfinders IT was established in 2009 as a comprehensive Managed Services Provider, specializing in cloud-based solutions, network management, and outsourced helpdesk.
