The Opportunity : Total Life is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of California to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, and medication/pain management. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists who want to be part of a thriving group practice with the opportunity for growth and extra income. This is a remote position. Your Role : Provide virtual individual and or group therapy Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcome Requirements Our Requirements: Must have a valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in the state of California At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate Must have an active NPI Must be available to start with a minimum of 10 hours per week Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus CAQH credentialing already set up is a plus Must be able to pass a criminal background check Benefits Compensation : $55-$70 per session based on experience and credentials Perks : Competitive pay and incentives Opportunities for growth Flexible schedule Schedule : Part-time or full-time positions available Options for Monday-Friday and weekend availability Location : Remote - Licensed in the state of California Even if you do not meet all of our criteria or have any questions please do not hesitate to apply.
