Senior AI Security Engineer Location: Downtown Chicago, Hybrid, 3days/week on siteWe’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Security Engineer to help secure the next generation of enterprise AI platforms, machine learning systems, and agentic AI solutions within a highly regulated environment.This role sits at the intersection of Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Security, and AI/ML Engineering—ideal for someone passionate about securing modern AI ecosystems while enabling innovation at scale.What You’ll Do:• Design and implement security architectures for AI/ML platforms, LLM deployments, inference endpoints, and agentic AI systems• Lead AI threat modeling and risk assessments using frameworks such as OWASP AI Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF• Secure AI supply chains including model registries, APIs, MCP servers, and third-party integrations• Build and enforce IAM/Zero Trust controls for AI workloads across Azure, AWS, and GCP• Partner with Data Science, Platform Engineering, and Compliance teams to embed security into the AI lifecycle• Present security recommendations and risk posture updates to senior leadership and governance boards What We’re Looking For:7+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong security architecture expertiseDeep experience with IAM technologies (Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)Hands-on exposure to AI/ML security concepts including LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, AI threat vectors, and secure AI deployment patternsStrong understanding of cloud-native security, zero trust, API security, and service identity governanceExperience writing security architecture documents, risk assessments, and implementation guidesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industriesAzure AI security ecosystem experience (Azure AI Foundry, Defender for Cloud, Purview, Copilot Studio)Knowledge of secure MLOps, AI gateway security, and model scanningCertifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Azure Security Engineer AssociateIf you’re passionate about securing enterprise AI and shaping AI governance at scale, we’d love to connect.please apply ASAP, will shortlist within 24 hrs.#AI #AISecurity #CyberSecurity #MachineLearning #LLM #CloudSecurity #ZeroTrust #IAM #Azure #AWS #GCP #Hiring #SecurityEngineer #ArtificialIntelligence
