This role combines driving, material handling, and handson jobsite labor. It's wellsuited for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys contributing to the building of custom homes.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload building materials safely and efficientlyAssist carpenters and crew with general construction laborMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesSupport daily site setup, breakdown, and material organizationFollow all safety procedures and company standardsRepresent the company professionally while on job sites and operating company vehiclesQualificationsProfessional, reliable, and safetymindedValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordReliable personal transportation to and from workAbility to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in and around clients' homesAbility to provide verifiable work history and referencesMust be able to pass a driving record reviewConstruction or jobsite experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to follow company policies and safety proceduresScheduleFulltime position, 40 hours per weekDaytime hours, Monday through Friday (overtime as needed)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experience ($20-$25/hour)Performance based bonus opportunitiesSteady, year round workOpportunity for skill development and advancement within the company
