What You'll DoAssist with birthday party planning, including confirmation calls, party enhancements, scheduling the Party Patrol team, and mapping out party lanesMeet with party parents during events to ensure everything is running smoothly and proactively resolve any issuesGreet guests, escort them to party areas, and help set the tone for an amazing experienceCoordinate timing of activities with guests and team members across departmentsOversee the Party Patrol during bowling and gaming experiences (arcade, laser tag, escape room where applicable)Help secure shoes, reinforce lane safety, deliver instructions, and manage group flowEnter and manage food and beverage orders, ensure timely delivery, and assist with servingLead the dessert moment and encourage the best birthday sing-along in the buildingSupport breakdown and reset of party areas to keep events running efficientlyAssist with managing tabs, collecting payments, and confirming depositsHelp train new teammates and provide ongoing support to the teamFollow Spare Time's Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) and create memorable guest experiences What We're Looking ForHigh energy and strong organization skillsComfortable leading groups of kids and interacting with familiesConfident multitasker who can think quickly on their feetStrong communication skills and a guest-first mindsetAble to work nights and weekendsTeam player who enjoys a lively, interactive environment What It's Like to Work Here This is not a desk job.
