A company is looking for a Health Consultant/Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily client interactions via phone, email, text, and Slack with professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately
Respond to client inquiries about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Experience with CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk
Strong knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
