Active listening, good communication, responsiveness, ability to manage multiple tasks and consulting on data conversion solutions are key attributes for this role.Candidate may work in several U.S. zone hours.The RoleManage the successful and on-schedule completion of Workday conversion/ reporting activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycleFocus on strategy, scope, risk, escalations, staffing and budgetEnsure adherence to Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) conversion and reporting methodology and best practicesTrain and mentor less experienced team membersEngage on multiple concurrent projectsFacilitate or participate in client discussions on data requirements, conversion methodology and data validationAdhere to Strada Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) conversion and reporting methodology and best practicesMonitor team resources through execution of conversion and reporting deliverablesAnalyze risk and seek preventative measuresPerform research on conversion and reporting issues, identify root cause, and implement corrective measuresContribute to the enhancement and maintenance of internal conversion and reporting tools; recognize business process inefficiencies and recommends improvementsDemonstrate ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervisionDemonstrate ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingAnswer all inquiries on a timely basisUnderstand priorities and request help and support when neededFollow through on tasks and commitments; demonstrate strong work ethic and set an example for othersExchange information with appropriate people to complete work and keep information confidential as neededCommunicate effectively with team members and clientsKeep Project Manager informed on project escalationsComplete all required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certificationParticipate in internal training and other events that help share knowledge across the practiceQualificationsCan effectively manage the activities and deliverables of a teamQuick learner and motivated to understand various technologiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong work ethicAbility to manage fluctuating workloadsPassion for data accuracy and completenessResourceful and has great attention to detailDemonstrates enthusiasm and commitment towards the job and goals of the organizationAbility and willingness to train and mentor other team membersCan work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, high-energy environmentAbility to handle multiple high priority activities concurrentlyExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAccepts and adapts to changeAbility to travel up to 35% of the timeThe RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or relevant field of study5 to 7 plus years of experience in HRIS fieldKnowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirementsKnowledge and experience with databases, entity relationships, SQL and ProgrammingPrevious consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software companyExperience in data conversions for Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications preferredDemonstrated project management experienceAbility to travel up to 35%Workday HCM or Financials Certification strongly preferredThis opportunity does not offer sponsorshipWorkday Certification is a requirement of the role.
