Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Flexible working hours Lively atmosphere Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Identify and target new business opportunities in the energy market - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service -Manage and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed weekly goals -Support the team in the field to drive and engage the sales team - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies - Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales in roofing and the energy/solar industry (required) - Strong knowledge of technical sales processes and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including: - Base salary plus commission structure - Paid time off and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to make a positive impact in the roofing and energy industry, we would love to hear from you.
