This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience across modern full-stack and cloud-native technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications.Architect and implement robust solutions using modern microservices architecture.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.Required Technical SkillsCandidates must be strong in all of the following areas:Frontend: Angular (advanced proficiency)Backend: Java, Microservices architectureArchitecture: Strong experience in system design and solution architectureCloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS (EKS, ECS)DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategiesRequired QualificationsMinimum 15 years of IT experience (strict requirement)Proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership roleStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working in large-scale enterprise environments
