Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking highly experienced Technical Leads to join our team, working with a leading implementation partner on strategic initiatives for a major airline client. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience across modern full-stack and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement robust solutions using modern microservices architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

- Candidates must be strong in all of the following areas:
- Frontend: Angular (advanced proficiency)
- Backend: Java, Microservices architecture
- Architecture: Strong experience in system design and solution architecture
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS (EKS, ECS)
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience (strict requirement)
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
