Program Manager – Manufacturing & Customer Programs
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end manufacturing and product programs by managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources, performance, and deliverables. Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and product development while ensuring business, quality, delivery, and timeline commitments are achieved. Serve as the primary customer interface for relationship management, escalations, and satisfaction. Support product lifecycle activities, contract negotiations, business growth, and overall P&L accountability.

- Cross-Functional Leadership across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development
- Customer Relationship Management, customer escalations, executive communication, and long-term relationship development
- Product Lifecycle Management, NPI, product development, manufacturing operations, and program delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of program administration, program management, or related experience
- Strong leadership, technical, operational, process improvement, and customer relationship management skills
- Extensive knowledge of cross-functional processes, technologies, business operations, and their strategic impact across sites
- Expert-level functional expertise, business acumen, and accountability for overall program success
- Additional Skills
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS, Product Manufacturing, Automotive / Aerospace Manufacturing, or Semiconductor / High-Tech Manufacturing
- Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiations
- Global manufacturing/site coordination and customer-facing program management experience
- Experience with NPI, product launches, KPI tracking, program performance reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
