Boat Detailer

Freeman Boatworks, the industry leader in offshore fishing catamarans, is looking for a Boat Detailer to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to help every Freeman boat look its best before delivery.What You'll DoWash, clean, and detail boats throughout the production and delivery processWipe down and polish surfaces to remove dust, grease, and debrisAssist with final prep and detailing tasks under the direction of the Final Detail teamSafely use cleaning tools, buffers, and pressure washersMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesWhat We're Looking For Reliable, hard-working, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, or humidity)Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or platforms as neededWorks well independently and with a teamPrior detailing or marine experience a plus - but not required.
