The Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in upholding our brand standards by ensuring all service partners are properly trained, supported, and consistently delivering high-quality results. This position is hands-on and focused on coaching, inspecting cleaning after training, and continuously improving performance across all assigned accounts. Most importantly, one must ensure the core values of the ServiceMaster Brands: Honor God in All We Do Help Our Team Develop Build Client Relationships Grow Profitably Tasks:Train new hires and current service partners on ServiceMaster cleaning standards, procedures, including proper dilutions, and safety protocols.Performing routine quality inspections after training is complete at assigned facilities to ensure expectations are met or exceededAddress customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindsetReview failed inspections with employees and provide hands-on retraining and coachingDemonstrate proper cleaning techniques and reinforce best practices in the fieldPartner with HR/ management to develop corrective action plans and improve overall service deliveryEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulationsBuild positive relationships with team members Physical Demands and Qualifications:Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachingMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses1-2 years' supervisory experienceWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitudeContribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeTreat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respectMust have valid driver's licenseStrong leadership and coaching ability with a team-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and travel between multiple job sitesFlexible schedule (may include evenings or weekends) Why Join ServiceMaster Clean:Being part of a company built on integrity, service, and excellenceOpportunity to make a direct impact on quality and customer satisfactionSupportive team environment with growth potential Schedule: Monday through Friday 4pm-12:00am* (This may fluctuate due to employee/customer need) Compensation: Based on experience and discussion upon interview.
