Supervise Surface Mount Technology And Underfill Line ProductionSupervise surface mount technology and underfill line production to meet daily targets, complete each KPI indicator, control quality and costs, monitor and improve yield, manage and train teams, handle and report anomalies.Duties and Responsibilities:Production Management (50%):Execute the daily production plan, achieve the daily production targetMonitoring production progress, coordinating among various production departments and resources to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring stable production operationsAnalyze KPI achievement (such as OPE (Overall Personnel Effectiveness), yield, etc.) for continuous improvementQuality Management (15%):Ensuring that production processes and products meet customer quality standards and industry regulationsHandling production anomalies, driving quality improvement projects, and enhancing product qualityRegularly organizing quality inspections to promptly discover and address quality issuesCost Control (10%):Managing production budgets, optimizing production processes, reduce material waste and energy consumption, and lowering production costsAnalyzing cost structures and proposing cost-saving measuresTeam Management and Collaboration (15%):Leading and managing the production team, identify roles and responsibilities oversee performance supervision and skill trainingEstablish a manufacturing successor talent pipeline to ensure the talent reserve ratio for key positions.Guide cross-function communication and collaboration to optimize production process and efficiencySafety Production and On-site Management (10%):Ensuring that production processes comply with safety production regulations and preventing accidentsRegularly organize safety inspections and timely discover and eliminate safety hazardsEducation and work experience:Basic Requirements:High school diploma + 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industry production management, or (associate) bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industry production management (consumer electronics preferred)Preferred Conditions:Hold a 30-hour general industrial certification from OSHAAble to conduct work guidance in English, Spanish, and MandarinWorking conditions:Office positions and on-site work (on-site work requires wearing static electricity protection equipment, etc)Flexibly adjust non-working hours according to production needs and event levels, ensuring the normal production rhythm of the production lineSkills:Professional Skills:Proficient in electronic manufacturing processesFamiliar with ERP/MES systems and production data analysis toolsSkilled in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reportingLanguage and Cross-Cultural Competence:Leadership and Problem-Solving:Excellent team motivation and conflict resolution skills, capable of handling high-pressure environmentsAble to quickly identify and resolve issues in the production process, ensuring production schedules are not affectedWe offer:Competitive salary and benefitsCareer development opportunities and a multicultural work environmentThe possibility to participate in cutting-edge technology projects in the electronics manufacturing industryThe company is committed to diversity and inclusion, and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply!
