National Partners are champions of industry self-regulation, data privacy, consumer protection, and truth and accuracy in advertising, and support our work as the leading voice for industry self-regulation.YOUR IMPACTThe National Partner & Business Development Coordinator plays a critical support role across the Business Development and National Partner team, working directly with the Vice President, as well as supporting Managers and Directors. This position is central to the successful execution of membership growth, partner engagement, and sponsorship initiatives.The coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the team—ensuring data integrity, supporting outreach and research efforts, and enabling efficient execution of strategic priorities. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders.The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong research capabilities and a desire to contribute to business development and membership growth efforts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam & Leadership SupportProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Directors, and ManagersCoordinate internal workflows, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiativesPrepare materials, briefing documents, and presentations for leadership meetings and external engagementsRecord and distribute meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups for internal and external meetingsCRM & Data ManagementMaintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM systemPerform regular data audits, cleanup, and enrichment to support effective outreach and reportingGenerate weekly and ad hoc reports to support membership, retention, and business development activitiesServe as a CRM resource for the team, including onboarding and training support for new usersResearch & Pipeline DevelopmentConduct in-depth research to identify prospective National Partners, sponsors, and key industry contactsBuild and maintain prospect lists, including detailed profiles of organizations and decision-makersSupport pipeline development by identifying trends, industries, and opportunities aligned with growth strategyDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in uncovering new opportunities and insightsBusiness Development & Outreach SupportAssist with outreach campaigns, including email communications, follow-ups, and scheduling meetingsSupport the development of proposals, pitch materials, and customized outreach contentTrack outreach activities and engagement metrics within the CRMMonitor digital campaigns related to partner and sponsor acquisition and provide insightsNational Partner Engagement SupportSupport engagement activities for existing National Partners, including event coordination and communicationsAssist with onboarding processes for new National PartnersHelp track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationshipsEvents & Sponsorship CoordinationSupport planning and execution of events, including preparation of materials and logistics coordinationAssist in identifying and researching sponsorship prospectsDevelop pre-event materials and support on-site coordination as neededWHAT YOU WILL BRINGMust have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-3 years of relevant professional experienceExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong research and analytical capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)Let us know if you have:Experience in a nonprofit, membership-based, or professional services environmentExposure to business development, sales, or partnership support functionsExperience supporting senior leadershipWHAT WE OFFER:At BBB National Programs, we bring a growth mindset as we advance our mission and strive to foster trust, innovation, and competition in the marketplace, while cultivating a team of talented and engaged professionals who seek out new challenges and opportunities to catalyze our progress.
