Founded by attorney Andrew Lacy, a BigLaw alumnus, the firm has recovered close to $10 million for clients and is built on aggressive, courtroom-ready advocacy. With offices in Philadelphia and southern New Jersey, the firm is growing its trial practice and adding a lead attorney to head its sexual harassment and hostile work environment practice group.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, fully remote role for a Lead Sexual Harassment & Hostile Work Environment Attorney based in the Philadelphia or southern New Jersey market. We have offices in both locations. Come in when you want, work from home when you don't. Either way works for us.This is not a second-chair position. The attorney will run their own caseload from day one, take cases through trial when they need to go that distance, and build out a dedicated practice group within the firm. The attorney will be lead counsel on every case they handle, including direct client representation, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial work.We do not bill hourly. The firm operates on a contingency model, and the attorney will be expected to drive cases toward fee events with the firm's full systems and support behind them.QualificationsZero to five years of legal experience; we will train the right personDemonstrated ability to empathize with and effectively represent victims of sexual harassment and workplace misconductMock trial, trial team, clinical, or other live argument experience strongly preferredStrong courtroom instincts and a preference for advocacy over desk workWorking competency with AI tools as part of legal practice; the firm operates on a modern AI-integrated workflow and the attorney will be expected to use these tools fluentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a full caseload independently within the firm's case management systemsAdmission to the Pennsylvania Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission a plusExperience in civil rights litigation a plusCompensationBase salary $70,000 to $90,000, determined by experience. Bonus structure pays one-third of every fee dollar collected in excess of three times the attorney's base salary, with no cap.
