At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations through proactive problem-solving and precise record-keeping. Shift Patterns Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm Pay Rates 18.50 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies. Proficiency with computers and systems, such as Excel or warehouse management systems, to track and investigate issues. Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Availability to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime as needed. Role for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products. Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances. Document issues and resolutions accurately within warehouse management systems. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify root causes of inventory issues. Assist with audits and physical inventory processes.
