Financial Reporting Manager (Wexford)
Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support financial reporting and accounting activities across Central and South America, while also assisting the North America finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong financial reporting experience, international exposure, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a global organization.This position will primarily focus on financial reporting responsibilities for Central and South America (approximately 80% of the role), with additional support provided to North America operations. Spanish speaking ability is preferred due to regular interaction with international teams.What You'll DoPrepare and analyze monthly financial reporting for Central and South America operationsAssist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationSupport consolidated reporting and compliance with company accounting policiesPartner with international finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistencyAssist with variance analysis, forecasting support, and financial analyticsSupport internal and external audit requestsCollaborate with the North America accounting and finance teams on reporting initiativesMaintain and improve financial reporting processes and controlsAssist with ERP and reporting system initiatives as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experienceStrong financial reporting and general ledger accounting backgroundQuickBooks experience requiredSAP experience highly preferredSpanish speaking ability preferredStrong Excel and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and organizational skills
