The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide perioperative nursing care to cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical patients. Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective operative procedures. Respond promptly to emergency situations with a 30-minute call back requirement. Maintain the integrity of sterile environments in the Operating Room. Assist in setting up and troubleshooting cardiovascular equipment like LVAD, RVAD, ECMO. Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR systems.QualificationsValid RN license with experience in Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Operating Rooms. Minimum of one-year experience in CVOR nursing roles is required. Ability to scrub and circulate cardiac and vascular procedures effectively. Proficiency in using Meditech EMR for accurate patient documentation. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
